Happy November! Some of our friends to the north have already had some snow this year... I am hoping that holds off here until Christmas Eve!
New Website Feature
Over the years we have had several requests from our great customers on assistance to clear out their no longer needed cloth diapers. In the past we have listed them on our site for you to try to help you find them a new home. Well now we have made it even easier for you! Just click on the used link at the top of our site to find cloth diapers and many other used children's products that other families have outgrown. Want to list your cloth diapers too? No problem! Just follow the same link for used products, register on that end of the site and list away! Once your listing has been approved it will remain listed there for 30 days, and you will be able to edit and extend your add as needed. Please do not list any recalled products. If someone is interested in your product they will contact you about it. Should you run into any problems with the used section of the site please contact us, although we have had some of our customers testing this for us, there are always some glitches any time a new system is implemented.

I can't believe it is June already! Where has this year gone? It is hard to believe but my oldest will be graduating kindergarten in a few weeks!
We don't send out frequent newsletters, but wanted to send out a quick note to let you know that Canada Post is currently on strike. As most of you know we currently ship exclusively through Canada Post, so this will have a huge impact on our shipping times. We have chosen not to ship packages until the current strike has been resolved. In the past their strikes have not lasted more than 2 weeks. If you are in urgent need of your order please email me and we can arrange to ship via FedEx or UPS (the extra charges for shipping by either method will be applied to your bill). As a token of our appreciation for your patience during this delay in your orders please use coupon code CPSTRIKE2011 this month for 10% off your order.
Locals: you will not be affected by the strike, but feel free to use the coupon code nonetheless :) If you are just outside our delivery area and would like to arrange to pick up your order during the strike we will be able to arrange that, just email me before you place the order.

What's New here:
In March we launched a new website for Baby's Bottom Line. It is much more user friendly than the previous shopping cart and has some great added features! As with all things internet and computer related, there are constant changes to programs and upgrades. The new program we used to create the site has already had 2 upgrades since we launched in March, so very soon we will be working on upgrading to the current version which will have even more great features! We will let you know if we expect any downtime once we begin.
We will be converting Natural Parenting Shop over to the same shopping cart as Baby's Bottom Line over the next couple of weeks and will announce its relaunch shortly.
We had a great turn out at the Mother's Day Weekend Charity Mom to Mom Sale! Thank-you to all the people who stopped by our table, we love to meet our customers in person! Mark your calenders for the Fall one- as far as we know it will once again be Thanksgiving Weekend!
